Kelly Andreala is Director of Operations at Occidental Asset Management, where she oversees day-to-day account administration and back-office processes. Among her numerous responsibilities, Kelly assists clients with account openings, transfers, beneficiary updates, disbursements, and banking setup, while maintaining compliance and accurate documentation. She works closely with custodians and advisors to resolve issues quickly and provide a seamless client experience.
What Kelly values most about her role is the opportunity to support clients during significant financial milestones. She appreciates witnessing clients’ peace of mind when they retire, knowing their accounts are organized, accurate, and fully prepared. Being part of that process while ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes makes her role deeply rewarding.
A former New Yorker now living in Orlando, Florida, Kelly loves time with her husband and children. She enjoys traveling to new football stadiums with her husband and friends. Every year means a new city and stadium. You’ll also find her cooking, decorating, and practicing yoga to help her recharge and bring creativity back to her role.
