Erin Hadley, CFP®, is a Managing Partner at Occidental Asset Management, where she leads client relationships and oversees comprehensive financial planning and investment management for individuals and families. In addition to her client work, she serves as a strategic ally at the firm level, helps ensure fiduciary standards are upheld, and mentors fellow colleagues.
With nearly two decades of experience, Erin began her career supporting portfolio management and client service operations. Before joining Occidental, she served as Director of Investment Management at another RIA, where she led research, portfolio design, and client strategy.
Today, Erin works closely with professionals in technology, marketing, and other dynamic industries. Many clients are entrepreneurs and business owners. She helps them make informed decisions that align with their goals and values. One of the most fulfilling aspects of her work is to be a steady partner through life’s transitions and help clients feel more confident and at ease with their financial lives.
Erin lives in the San Francisco Bay Area with her husband and two children, as well as their beloved and goofy labradoodle. She loves hiking, snowboarding, and trying new activities, including her latest favorite: pickleball. She also loves music, especially electronic music and old school hip-hop, and even has a soft spot for yacht rock.
